Posted by a verified traveller on 30 Nov. Overall I would stay somewhere else next time. She did not ask how my stay was, she demanded payment for the resort fees and I had to ask what the money was for. The only time I spoke to anyone at the front desk was when I checked out and the woman who served was extremely rude. I have stayed at budget hotels with better wifi and they provide daily water bottles. I can not understand what the $40 a day charge was for and the fact that you have no choice but to pay it seems like a complete scam. You are in the middle of the desert and they don't even provide a small bottle of water for your room. You have no choice but to pay the "resort fees". I tried calling the front desk as one of lights didn't work and we had problems with our TV and no one answered the phone for over 5 minutes on multiple occasions. The front desk were impossible to speak to as there was always a mile long queue. Everything is open 24/7 and you are literally on the strip which was fantastic. Housekeeping was lovely and did a great job. There is a lot of food and shops available.
